Banana has potassium, a lot of studies shown that the effectiveness of foods rich in potassium like banana are potent for lowering the blood pressure. Banana can also give us additional boost of energy! The combination of its natural sugars takes balance with the soluble fiber and potassium when eaten half an hour, before gym or before doing an exercise routine. It also helps our digestion because banana is a good source of dietary fiber.

Compounds in banana create a protective thicker barrier in the stomach against hydrochloric acid which makes it also good for people with ulcers! πŸ‘ It also contains vitamin B6, vitamin C, magnesium, and manganese. Tryptophan is an amino acid which your body converts to serotonin, which makes the banana improve your mood every time you eat it. It helps regulate good sleep pattern as well. 😘
