Hi guys! πŸ™‹ So glad to be back after doing some searches. xD Well today i will be posting some fruit juices recipes for detox. This is actually a request post that @sweethonesty1977 ask me to do. You can also visit her blog it’s http://www.sweethonesty1977.wordpress.com And so, after some several research i came across with these recipes. I gathered these recipes because i find it the most easiest and it is pretty much available in our area. Personally, i haven’t try some of the recipes im going to post and so in this post i will not be able to include the taste descriptions. So let’s start! 😊

Recipe number 1:

Ingredients:

β€’ Carrots

β€’ Apples

β€’ Spinach leaves

Procedure:

Wash the vegetables and juice it altogether in a juicer. Then, TA-DA~ your already done! 😊

This juice is highly good for our digestion. πŸ‘

Recipe number 2:

Carrot-Apple-Celery-Juice-picsay

Ingredients:

β€’ Apples

β€’ Carrots

β€’ Celery stalks

Procedure:

Same as usual, wash it and juice it.

This juice helps the body shed water retention because of the celery. πŸ‘ Carrots are high in vitamin A. Of course apple is good in our digestion, it can even regulates blood sugar and even blood pressure. πŸ‘

Recipe number 3:

Ingredients:

β€’ Mango

β€’ Coconut milk ( you can use the either fresh or the one in can)

β€’ Spinach

β€’ Honey

β€’ Ice cubes

Procedure:

This drink is a smoothie so we need to use a blender instead of a juicer.xD (you guys will be like “obviously”) πŸ˜‚ First slice your ripe mangoes in cubes, then put it in the blender together with all the ingredients and blend blend blend! 😊 And you done! I tried this one before, i will highly recommend this smoothie for somebody who is a beginner to green smoothies. It does taste good. πŸ‘

If you cannot tolerate the mixed fruit and veggies juices you can always switch and try other options like Fruit Infused Water and/or also popularly known as Detox Water! 😘 I searched about it online and i find these drinks very easy to do, colorful, and it makes us drink a lot more water. Detox water is so much better than juicing because it doest require any fasting. I admit that i am one of those people who are struggling to drink the proper amount of water everyday because when i started to drink about a glass i feel like im going to vomit πŸ˜₯ and its no good at all. And so, thanks to this fruits to make our water a lot healthier. Here’s the recipes and here we go! 😘

Recipe number 4:

Fruit-Infused-Water-strawberries-orange-mint-cucumber-and-ginger-EDITED-2-picsay

Ingredients:

β€’ Lemon

β€’ Orange

β€’ Strawberry

β€’ Cucumber

β€’ Mint leaves

Procedure:

Wash the ingredients, then slice it. Put it in your desired bottles and put some water. Chill it then let it sit for at least 30 minutes. After that you can drink it anytime of the day you want. πŸ‘

Recipe number 5:

Ingredients:

β€’ Watermelon

β€’ Mint leaves

Procedure:

Slice your watermelon, put it in your bottles and put the mint and add water. πŸ‘ That simple. Watermelon contains the organic compound called citrulline, it is an amino acid that helps the liver and kidneys to filter and get rid of ammonia. Ammonia is quite damaging to our cells. Cucumber also contains citrulline but watermelon contains a lot more.That’s why it helps to flush out toxins and it can also give a boost to our liver.

Recipe number 6:

Ingredients:

β€’ Cucumber

β€’ Lime

β€’ Lemon

Procedure:

Wash the ingredients then slice it into circles. Put it on your desired bottle and add the water! πŸ‘ Lemon and/or lime helps to stimulate and regulate our digestive track. It stimulates bile production. Bile is produced by the liver it helps the small intestine to actually get rid of fats that we’ve consumed. πŸ‘

Here’s a tip, if you are into your lazy mood you can always drink a warm water with lemon juice and honey every morning right after you wake up, because it detoxifies your body slowly but surely. πŸ‘ I’m personally doing this everyday. This helps a lot when you have a fatty liver.

Here’s what you need to remember, do these Detox water the night before, chill it overnight then refill throughout the day several times. Do replace a new fruit slices when the fruit looks already wilt.

Now, our water is more fun to drink! πŸ˜πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜˜πŸ‘

Please do consult your doctor first before trying any of the jucing recipe. Of course we would want to put our safety first. πŸ‘ But i can assure you that the detox water is so much safer.
